- handyperson services on our larger estates and Supported Housing Schemes.
Customers have been involved in developing the Service Standards for these services - see the link on the left-hand navigation bar. Also, some customers have volunteered to be Estate Inspectors, and they provide regular feedback to CHS Homes on the quality of the service provided. If you receive any of these services, and would like to provide us with feedback, please contact the Customer Services Team on 0300 111 3555 or via e-mail. This information is used to help monitor the performance of the contractor, and to improve the services being delivered.
GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SPECIFICATION
CHS is a member of Eastern Procurement Ltd (EPL). EPL has a number of frameworks – that is a list of companies who have been tested for price, quality and experience to deliver specific works.
CHS carried out a competitive process with the three contractors on the Grounds Maintenance Framework. Based on the submissions made, CHS has chosen a contractor, and is now undertaking consultation with customers who pay service charges for this service. This consultation ended on 23rd February 2016.
The attached specification details all the works that are covered within this framework. Not all of CHS’ sites will need to have all of these services – the prices have been submitted on a site specific basis for each of the services required. The specification details the service that will be delivered.
CHS may choose, in consultation with customers, to extend the service required to include some of the additional services in the specification. Prices have already been submitted for these works on a unit basis eg per metre, per visit etc.
