Paying your rent and charges

Rent and service charges for your home are due on Monday each week in advance. Fortnightly or monthly payments are also paid in advance.

Ways to pay:

    Payments taken directly from your bank/building society account. Choose to pay weekly, fortnightly or calendar monthly on a day that suits you. 

Set up a Direct Debit today. Direct Debits are set up over the phone by a member of our Customer Service Team on 0300 111 3555.

   AllPay rent payment cards gives you plenty of choice when paying your rent and service charge. We send you a swipe card during the first week of your tenancy.

Use your Allpay card to make payments at local corner shops and petrol stations that display the 'PayPoint' or 'PAY Zone' logo and at the Post Office.

You can also use your AllPay payment card to pay via the Internet at:
