How to report a repair

Ensure Proper Lighting: Use good lighting for clear visibility
Focus on Problem Area: Center and focus on the issue
Provide Context: Capture the surrounding area
Include Details: Show tags, model numbers, etc
Use Multiple Angles: Take photos from different perspectives
Keep Camera Steady: Avoid blurry images
Check Photos: Ensure clarity and detail before sending
Label Photos: Provide brief descriptions if possible

Dont’s

Avoid Poor Lighting: Don’t take photos in dim conditions
Don’t Zoom Excessively: Move closer instead of zooming
Exclude Unrelated Items: Keep focus on the repair area
No Filters/Effects: Use natural images
Show Context: Don’t only take close-ups
Avoid Low-Resolution: Use high-resolution images
Don’t Ignore Safety: Avoid dangerous positions
No Edits: Send unaltered photos
