After 22 years as Chief Executive at CHS Group in Cambridge, Nigel Howlett has stepped down.
Nigel Howlett said: “CHS has been a large part of my working life because I believe that CHS is good for Cambridgeshire, both for the individuals we support and for the wider community. I have been very fortunate to have worked with some wonderful people who have an amazing impact through their work. I will miss CHS enormously but I’m confident that it will continue its incredibly important work.”
Board Chair, Martin Wheatley, said: “On behalf of the Board, staff and customers of CHS, I would like to say a huge thank you to Nigel for his massive contribution to CHS, and to housing in and around Cambridge, over the last 32 years, 22 of them as Chief Executive. He has provided thoughtful, kind and dedicated leadership to the organisation, maintaining it as a strong independent housing provider in this area. All of us wish Nigel the very best for the future.”
