At CHS Group, we aim to deliver excellent services that exceed our tenants’ expectations. In line with this, following a competitive tender, Aaron Services has won CHS’ heating servicing and electrical testing contract which will start on 1st April 2024 and run for a period of eight years.

From 1st April, Aaron Services will service and maintain both communal and domestic heating systems, as well as install any new boilers that are programmed for replacement. Aaron Services will also deliver CHS’ programme of five-yearly electrical tests to communal and domestic electrics. Gasway and The Elecgroup will hand over the contract to Aaron Services from 31^st of March 2024.

Whilst we transition to the new contract, we will work closely with Aaron Services, Gasway and The Elecgroup, to minimise disruption to tenants as much as we can. If we need to change an existing appointment because it has been moved over to Aaron Services, we will let you know and provide sufficient notice. In the meantime, all repairs should be reported in the same way as before, by calling 0300 1113555.
