CHS work with a number of contractors and suppliers to deliver the services we provide to our tenants and customers.
The New Procurement Act 2023 went live on 25th February 2025. The rules governing public procurement have now changed and the new Act will improve the way procurement is done.
CHS have been working towards preparing for this new regime which will create simpler, more flexible, transparent and effective procurement.
