Work for us

At CHS, we’re all about people. We’re about the 7,000 people living in our affordable homes and the 1800 people who choose to rely on our Housing with Care, Supported Housing and Community Investment services. And we’re about the CHS team of 170 people who spend time listening to customers to make sure we deliver the high-quality services they want.

We know that our staff are our biggest asset and so we want to make sure that we have a happy, motivated and diverse workforce. We value the differences that experience, culture and background can bring to new ideas and perspectives and to ultimately delivering better services.

By joining CHS you will be working for an organisation with purpose; you can play your part in creating better life opportunities for those who live in our homes and who use our services.
